Is shipping free?
Yes, on every matchbox anywhere in the U.S. except Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We can’t ship to PO boxes.

Can I get it faster?
Yes. Select rush order and your order ships out in 1–2 business days instead of 3–5. Matches can’t travel by air, so shipping speed can’t be upgraded.

How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, it usually arrives in 2–5 business days.

Can I return my order?
Every order is personalized, so we can’t accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

What’s inside?
18 white-tip safety matches in every box, with a striker on the side.

How big is each matchbox?
Box: 2.25 × 1.38 × 0.31 in. Label: 2 × 1.2 in.

Are they safe?
All of our matches are safety matches. Keep them away from children and pets, store them in a cool, dry place, and let used matches cool before throwing them away.

How do I order?
Choose how many matchboxes, type your names and date, and add to cart. Select rush order if you need it sooner.

How many should I order?
One per guest, plus a few extra in case guests take more than one.

How long does it take?
Your order ships out in 3–5 business days (1–2 with rush order), then arrives in about 2–5 business days. Order at least 3 weeks before your event.
