Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Matches cannot be shipped internationally due to postal restrictions. However, if your order will exclude matches, we’re happy to help. Contact us for a quote and shipping timeline.

When will my order arrive?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days (a little longer during the holiday season). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. U.S. delivery is usually:

  • East Coast: 2–4 business days
  • Midwest: 3–5 business days
  • West Coast: 4–8 business days

Can I get my order faster?

Yes! Many items offer expedited processing for a small fee. This moves your order to the front of our queue. Look for the upgrade option on the product page.

 

Customization & Ordering

Can I personalize a candle or matchbox?

Absolutely. Personalization is one of our specialties. Add names, dates, or your own text to the “personalization” option on the product page.

How are your products made?

  • Candles: Hand-poured coconut-soy wax blend with 100% cotton wicks.
  • Matches: Designed, printed, and hand-labeled in-house.
  • Labels: Printed on high-quality, textured stock.


Issues, Returns & Pick-Up

What is your return policy?

Because most of our items are custom, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. But if your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please contact us right away. We’ll make it right whether that means a replacement or store credit.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

We use premium packaging to keep your items safe, but accidents can happen. If your order is damaged, email us photos within 48 hours and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Local pickup in Providence, RI is available for bulk orders over $150. Reach out to schedule.
