π Do you ship outside of the US?
Since matches are not allowed to be shipped internationally, our products are only shipped in the United States. If you would like a candle or a special order that does not include matches, send us a message!
π¦ When will my order get here?
All of our candle and match labels are made to order. Please check the listing for an estimated time of arrival. Once you order, you will receive a tracking number to follow your packageβs journey to you. We cannot guarantee shipping times once we give your order to the carrier. But our reviews will tell you that shipping is usually quick (maybe except for the holiday season).
β© Can I get my order faster?
We offer expedited processing for a small fee that allows you to cut to the front of the line. Please check the listing and order the rush shipping option.
π·Can you send me a proof of my customized order?
Yes if you purchase a 50+ order of matches, then we will send a proof with your label before we start your order.
π―οΈ What makes your candles special?
Every candle is hand-poured by us in our studio in Providence, RI. They are medium-sized candles- the perfect giftable size. Our candles are made ofΒ two ingredients of a creamy coconut-soy wax blend and our fragrance oils. We use 100% cotton wicks, glass jars, and printed on high-quality textured labels- just like other luxury brands. They have a burn time of over 50 hours- please check your care card for more details!
π₯ How are your matches made to order?
For our matchboxes- we design, print, and hand-label every box. Designs are printed on high-quality textured labels (think: wine label). For our matches in glass jars- those are made by a little old lady (we hope Mom isnβt reading this) who packs the matches in a glass apothecary jar and adds a striker to the bottom of each jar.

Yes! You can completely personalize any candle or match label. Order through the custom listing or message us!
π Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Our customers and clients are our priority- check out our reviews!Β Since we make every order custom and personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any issue with the order, please message us right away and we will find a solution.
π¦ What if I have an issue with my order when it gets here?
Message us right away! We use premium packing materials to avoid damage so you can be assured that your order is on its way in great condition.
π Can I pick up my large order to avoid shipping costs?
Yes! We offer a pick-up option if your order total is over $150 or a bulk order listing. Message us for details.
