Shipping Policy

We know many PVD Gifts orders are headed to a celebration, a new home, or a special moment, so we do our best to make shipping clear and predictable.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are prepared according to the processing time listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, average U.S. transit time is 1–7 business days, Monday through Friday, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as it becomes available.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by PVD Gifts.

Summer Candle Shipping

To help protect candles and wax products from excessive heat, between June 1 and August 30 we ship candle and wax orders Monday through Wednesday only.

This helps reduce the chance that temperature-sensitive products spend a weekend sitting in a hot carrier facility or delivery vehicle.

Shipping Destination

At this time, PVD Gifts ships within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

PVD Gifts receives the same carrier tracking updates available to you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

PVD Gifts is not responsible for packages returned or delayed because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us and needs to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Occasionally, carriers experience delays that are outside our control.

A package may be considered lost if it has remained within the carrier’s network without delivery for more than 15 business days.

If tracking appears delayed or unusual, we recommend contacting the carrier first for the most current information.

Free Shipping on Eligible Matchbox Orders

Eligible personalized matchbox orders include free standard U.S. shipping.

Any available expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Rush Processing

Rush Processing shortens the time needed for PVD Gifts to prepare an eligible order.

It does not upgrade or shorten the shipping carrier’s transit time.

If you have a firm celebration or need-by date, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
