Shipping policy

Shipping Times

Our average shipping time is 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on the service selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date once the order has been shipped.

Please note that between June 1 and August 30, we only ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent any melting of candles and wax melts.

Shipping Destination:

We only ship within the United States.

Tracking Information:

You will receive an email notification with your package's tracking number to monitor delivery progess. PVD Gifts will receive the same information from the carrier.

Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If a package needs to be re-shipped, a fee will be applied.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

A parcel is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for more than 15  business days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers. Please contact the carrier with any questions on shipping.
