When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from PVD Gifts. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until PVD Gifts confirms acceptance and payment has been received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly any names, dates, quantities, addresses, and other personalization details.

Because many PVD Gifts products are personalized or made to order, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after production has begun.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for lawful personal, household, business, or gifting purposes and not for unauthorized resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PVD Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to that carrier’s operations and policies.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly with PVD Gifts.
