Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to making it right.

For a safe, long-lasting, and beautiful burn, we recommend:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts, pets, and children
• Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains.
