Many PVD Gifts products are handmade, assembled, labeled, personalized or produced to order. Minor variations in color, placement, texture, fragrance or appearance may occur as a result of handmade production, material differences or screen-display settings. These variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, dates, spelling, capitalization, quantities, design selections and custom wording. PVD Gifts is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied by the customer.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us promptly at pvdgifts@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production has begun.
Personalized and made-to-order products are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the order submitted, as further described in our Refund Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that a device or screen will display every color precisely.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services by person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We may limit product quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions and prices without notice. Any offer made through this website is void where prohibited.
