Processing: everything is made to order and ships in 5–7 business days.

Rush (matchboxes only): need it sooner? Rush processing ships in 1–3 business days. Candles are poured in small batches, so rush isn’t available on candle gift boxes.

Digital proofs: orders with a proof ship 5–7 business days after you approve it.

Shipping: always free.

US only, ground only: because our products contain matches, federal regulations require ground shipping. We can only ship within the US (no air, expedited or international shipping).

Returns: because every order is personalized, we can’t accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

All of our matches are safety matches. They light only when struck on the striker on the side of the box.

• Keep matches away from children and pets.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Never use or store matches near flammable materials.
• Let used matches cool completely before throwing them away.

How many should I order?
One per guest, plus a few extra for the bar and welcome table. Each set shows the guest count it covers, like “Set of 50 (up to 40 guests).”

When should I order?
At least 3 weeks before your event. Orders ship in 5–7 business days, and matches travel by ground only. Short on time? Add rush processing to ship in 1–3 business days.

Can I see my design before you print?
Yes. Add a digital proof ($5) and we’ll email it within 48 hours. Production starts once you approve.

Are these real, working matches?
Yes. Every matchbox holds 16–18 white-tip safety matches with a working striker.

Can I change the wording?
Email us at pvdgifts@gmail.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your design.

Do you ship outside the continental US?
No. Because of federal rules on shipping matches, we can only ship within the contental US, by ground.
